I understand that payments accepted are CASH and CHECK (no credit cards). Payment is due immediately after sale.

I understand that Buyers are asked to compensate Seller on any mileage over 15 miles from Plain City property.

I understand that upon delivery Sellers are asked only to unload hay/straw. Buyers are responsible for providing labor to help stack.

I understand that ASE Feed & Supply LLC assumes no responsibility for any misrepresentations in reference to quantity, quality, color, condition, etc. Any discrepancies concerning a misrepresentation of a load is strictly between the buyer and seller.
